We are located in the central region of Portugal, called as "Oeste" Region.
A region rich in beach places, as well as historic villages and Unesco sites, also Jurassic remarks. It is a significant route of temples, cults, and religious festivals, where we can cross history through the cultural richness of the Order of the Cister or Templars (Alcobaça, Aljubarrota, Batalha, Tomar ex-libris places). It is full of faith, positive and sunny energy, spiritual moments as well as religious (Fátima, Ourém).
Gastronomy is connected to Religious Orders and from Medieval times, such as Alfeizerao Pao de lo or medieval village Obidos Ginjinha liquor. Also strongly connect with the sea we have so near: São Martinho do Porto, Nazaré, Foz do Arelho, Peniche, and Berlengas island.
Outdoor activities are very searched in our region, with Dinosaur Trails in the Jurassic Salir do Porto dunes, or Lourinha dinosaur park. Several hiking, trekking, biking, walk tours, and boat activities are possible. Don't lose Caldas da Rainha Park or Obidos Lagoon.
